New Building: Hotel Corbin – Germany’s First Feng-Shui Hotel

First certified Feng-Shui hotel in the town of Freising , Bavaria , Germany

The first certified Feng-Shui hotel opened in October 2003, it is located in Bavaria 's Cathedral- and University Town of Freising, Germany.

 

The 46 rooms of the four-star-hotel “Corbin” are erected and designed, following Feng- Shui- rules of harmony.

 

A modernistic and clear architecture of the whole ensemble is expanding into the smallest details. Rounded edges and selected Feng-Shui-Measurements are mediating convenience and harmoniousness. Trick fountains are sending “Qi”- the energies of life into all hotel areas.

 

Most notably, the “Corbin” is offering one thing: Good and healthy dormancy! Ecologically tested materials were used for the building. The electrical installation was equipped with especially insulated cables and outlets to avoid electric smog. The rooms are equipped with noise insulating doors and windows. Pollutant-free, natural materials were chosen for furniture and the interior of all rooms, including metal-free bedsteads. The furniture has rounded edges and corners. Walls are painted with light pastel colours and bathrooms are illuminated with adequate daylight. The flooring consists of 80% wool.

 

Fresh design of the exterior is delivering a lot of fresh “Qi” to the house. One does not see it, but can sure feel it: A healthy room climate generates a sense of being and offers pure energy and convenience.
