The conversion included: new design of walls in restaurants, partly new flooring as well as tiling and the establishment of a conference room. Also a new access to the bar was integrated into the building. Additionally, the hotel rooms were recreated and arranged, following certain design themes.

In all rooms, walls, ceilings and floors were fully replaced.
