Building specification

The building was erected in massive construction, with a partial basement. The outer walls, ceilings and columns were completed with site-mixed, reinforced concrete. In the service hall, which is building high, a prestressed concrete-bridge was installed.

A wooden truss is carrying the aluminium-sheeted pent roof. The roof also integrates a high volume smoke removal system.

Part of the classic facade are wooden /aluminium windows. For the cladding of the service hall, the entrance and the three stories above the entrance, a glazed jamb/crossbar aluminium construction with fixed glazing was installed.

At the customer portal a fully glazed windscreen revolving-door was built into the self service area.

The plastered, thermally-compounded cladding is dimensioned following the latest heat insulation ordinance for low energy standards. To achieve optimal room acoustics, punched plaster boards are installed in the service hall as well as in the office rooms. The conference room is equipped with punched exotic wood slabs. Glass- and wooden partitions with aluminium framing were used as partitions. All office doors got enhanced, noise-insulating exotic wood coverings. Floor cloth in office spaces as well as natural stone flooring with floor heating was laid out on a cavity floor construction.

In the customer hall, a steel stringer staircase, equipped with vitreous steps is leading to the first floor. The whole building is equipped with an automatic room ventilation including heat pump, cooling unit, as well as regenerating heat recovery.
