The elementary idea for the layout bases on the concept to combine a home for the aged and a nursing home, under one roof. An attended home for elderly people and the nursing home in one centre is now established in midtown Wutoeschingen.

 

The complex is structurally orientated to house-building. On three levels, the house is offering its dwellers architectonically convenient and light flooded living-, leisure- and dining areas. Over the patio, daylight is exposing the centrally located functional rooms and roomy hallways. Sunny, capacious balconies and terraces, combined with cordial planting loosen the exterior space.
